When you request a valuation we collect the details you provide — your name, email, phone number, city, and information about your watch. We use these solely to prepare your offer and contact you about selling your Rolex.

Your information is used to value your watch, arrange insured pickup, and process payment. We never sell or share your personal details with third parties for marketing.
Data retention
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations under Canadian law (PIPEDA). You may request deletion at any time by emailing desk@webuyyourwatch.ca.
